Ever since Jimmy Kilgrove '09 texted HOTT to 55673, his phone has been literally teeming with phat beats by today's top artists. Though Kilgrove now gets charged $3.99 per month plus applicable carrier service charges, he claims it's a small price to pay for so many off-the-hook
ringtones.

"I don't know how he does it," explained Katelyn Woo '10, who often studies with Kilgrove. "He's just got the flyest rings. Everytime his mobile device blows up, it's like, always the newest, chart-busting clip. Is he a genius? The jury's still out, but he's certainly prolific."

And exactly what kind of hot shit can one expect to hear hanging around Jimmy? "The sickest tracks from Timbaland, Rihanna, and 50 Cent-just to name a few. We're talking blazing hits that are sure to get the club bumping."

Despite his surging popularity, Kilgrove harbors a bit of jealousy for his classmate, Tim Nedry '09. "I've got to say, it's hard not to envy him. He's getting the funniest jokes sent to his phone every morning-he's got everyone in stitches. A daily dose of laughter for $4.99 a month, though? I think they saw him coming."

Kilgrove had this to say to critics who wonder if he might have chosen differently: "Whatever. I made my bed, and I'm sleeping in it, you know? Yeah, sure it was tempting to text KICK for zany frog soccer videos, or BABE1 for hot Caribbean bikini wallpaper, but that's just not me. To each his own, I've always said."
